I Can Do This

I've always struggles with my weight, ever since I hit puberty in about fifth grade. I went through cycles of growing out, then up, out, then up. Eventually I stopped getting taller, and just got bigger. All though I'm 190, many people, even doctors, say I don't look like I'm that much. I play volleyball so I want muscular, fit legs not stick skinny, non-existent ones. I'm constantly struggling with my food choices because as a kid my Dad would take me to fast food restaurants constantly, and at 3 or 4 in the morning we would go get milkshakes. Exercise wise, I love working out, running, volleyball, and yoga/Zumba/pilates. I try and workout six days a week, at least for an hour a day if not more. Hopefully I can start working out more but for right now I'm still sort of beginning. I do not plan on becoming all skin and bones, I just want to be healthy and happy with my body.
